Welsh Pinot noir, who knew! Tastes like a decent burgundy, nice bright fruit, hint of pepper — 10 years ago
This is a fine Welsh whisky. It's smooth with a lovely sweetness that makes for a very moreish dram. Great stuff. — 11 years ago
Syrah fruitand black pepper in the aroma. Clean palate with some acidity and light tannins. Had with Welsh lamb, homemade pesto and cabbage. — 11 years ago
Outstanding! Thank you, Dawn Welsh. — 9 years ago
2007 was amazingly smooth and deep. Paired it with three cow cheeses and one goat: French, Welsh, Swiss, and USA ( California) respectively. Highly recommend! — 10 years ago
2010. Proof (as if proof were needed) that English & Welsh Traditional Method Sparkling wine is the real deal. Ridgeview are the benchmark for quality and one of the real pioneers celebrating 20 years this year. Fantastic. — 11 years ago
Had with Welsh lamb. Lovely subtle balanced Pinot fruit. — 11 years ago
Enjoying this tonight celebrating 7 years of marriage with Candace and the man who introduced us, Tim Welsh. Just delicious. — 12 years ago
Drinking very nicely. None of the Brett/funk of some vintages. Perfect with Welsh lamb. — 9 years ago
Enjoyed in the 11th in Paris with Welsh friends celebrating a Euro 2016 victory. Delicious. — 9 years ago

Absolutely refreshing and approachable while showcasing a lovely palette of flavors. Pure and silky, like a dry Riesling but with the aromatics and perfume you'd want from a Muscat. This won't weigh you down, yet has the character for you to remember it long after having enjoyed it! Wonderful by itself, or with any number of cheeses (I had sharp welsh cheddar, brie nangis, and point Reyes Toma.) — 11 years ago
Welsh white wine - very nice! — 11 years ago
Tasty, fruity (grapefruit especially), a bit buttery. What we drank with sommer during the KU-k-state game (2013). Great with colliery welsh cheddar! — 13 years ago
Roman Sukley
2008 M. Étain Cabernet Sauvignon from the Cohn Ranch in Rutherford, Napa Valley. Second label from Scarecrow. Inaugural vintage. Made by Celia Welsh. 15% alcohol. Literally translated, “Monsieur Tin.” The Tin Man to go along with Scarecrow. Still waiting for The Cowardly Lion. Maybe a nice Chardonnay? Gorgeous dark garnet color. Aromatic nose of espresso and cocoa. Some nutmeg and baking spices as well. Just beautiful. Killer palate of sweet dark chocolate-covered cherries and black plums. Nuances of cedar, vanilla and that mocha that I love. Silky tannins round out a pleasurable experience. Lush and velvety texture. Lingering finish. MUCH better than I remember this wine which was opened closer to release. 10 years has been a godsend. As many of you know, I don’t drink much Cabernet, even though I love it. But when I do, I’m reminded of how much I truly love the grape. — 8 years ago
