24hr Update: Very grassy and yellow stone fruit-ish, still picking up a beeswax like note, but wow the acidity is just so balanced and awesome. Yet I feel this is too young now, note to future self, revisit in 3-5 years. — 7 years ago

So good. Grapefruit and sage abound on the nose. As well as mineral and some sort of appealing vulcanized rubber. Deep nose and even some florals. Palate is so clean it’s like spring water of Scheurebe. So damn mineral, juicy and balanced. Terrific finish and energy. — 7 years ago
