Stunningly inexpensive white burgundy. Moderate to high acidity and alcohol. Light to pale straw color. Strong floral notes and lemon, lime notes. Crisp finish. — 9 years ago
What an unusual kind of Riesling. Made like a red wine with a fermentation on the skins (30 days) but not orange like the Orange-Wines. Dry, powerful and rich of extracts. The 2005 is still young and fresh. — 12 years ago
Bangin deal! A liter of serious spätburgunder! — 10 years ago
Großartiger Wein. Mineralisch, trotzdem nicht aufdringlich. Passt sowohl zu Fleisch als auch Pasta. — 10 years ago

Probably the best Blaufränkisch I‘ve ever had!
Very deep & dense dark red, heavy viscosity.
Lots of purple fruit, a basket full of spices (black pepper, cinnamon, vanilla, herbal notes) and earthy notes (wet loamy soil).
High but smooth tannins, mouthwatering minerality, fine acidity, well integrated alcohol. Relatively dominant oak - needs much more time to integrate. Potential for two decades at least, with optimal drinking window starting at ~2020. — 8 years ago
