Potentially Stuttgart-sur-Loire, but lose the screwcap and some sulfite — 11 years ago
Thank you Martin! Very delicious Riesling. — 11 years ago
Iron, metallic minerals, cumin, on the nose. Fruit & Middle Eastern spice, with wild deep raspberry fruit, with slight tannin & acid to balance. — 11 years ago
Wooly dry round — 11 years ago

Loved this, very Volnay like. Plush, silky tannins, high acid and awesome. Cranberry and pomegranate fruit with some serious minerality reminiscent of wet river rock. Good juice, and affordable!! — 10 years ago
It's like Heidi and her Grandfather went berry picking. He's languidly smoking a cigar while she fills her leather satchel with little red berries. — 10 years ago
This wine from German — 11 years ago
2011 bottle bought in Stuttgart, Germany (Gentile). Maybe it was just the day I was having but this wine came out of the bottle fantastic and just got better. Didn't want to open a full bottle but it was in the kitchen. Couldn't stop drinking. Big, bold but smooooth. Going back to get another!! — 11 years ago
This was funky, interesting, and fun to drink. — 12 years ago
Fantastic dry, mineralic but quintessentially Reisling. From the hills outside Stuttgart. — 12 years ago
Württemberg (more red grapes grown than white), region of Stuttgart. 13.5% Vol. Acidity 6.2 g/L. Residual sugar 4.2 g/L. VDP. This is a historic vineyard, Pulver meaning gun powder with old records mentionning a quary. 66% of steepness. Planted on sedimentary soils with sandstone.. A concentrated wine. Volume. Full and rich. Spicy profile. Great length with mouth coating finish. — 10 years ago
Reminds me of a great Pouilly-Fuisse with a little bottle age. — 10 years ago
Very delicious. Bought when we were in Stuttgart from local vineyard — 11 years ago
one of those rare Cabernet Francs from Germany. such a nice fruit and acidity, relaxed, ripe just to the point. really young of course. — 11 years ago

Really nice for a cheaper wine. I loved it. Drinks clean and crisp, touch of autolytic charm. Made me think of quality chablis. This would rock with oysters. — 10 years ago
