Visited Huber Winery today and tasted 15 of their estate wines. This one really surprised me with forest floor, spice and black chocolate notes. 24 months aging in 60% new French oak - predominately cab and cab franc from clay soil. Old world style with long finish. This would be a great wine to put in a blind tasting of Bordeaux blends. — 10 years ago

These are Ott Gruners are exotically rich and textured, structured with actual tannins and whopping acidity, and possess incredible flavors ranging from tropical fruits to citrus, along with intense minority.
