Drink the 01's now. Yummies though. — 7 years ago
This is always a favorite in the sparkling category. Tonight I am getting something more in both taste and smell, though. Along with the usual strawberry, I am getting a fair amount of goat cheese. Sounds unlikely, but it makes me swoon. A tasty appetizer to prime me for a Friday night of actively relaxing. — 8 years ago

Almost like Lucien albrecht Gewürztraminer but dryer. — 12 years ago
ravishing rosé ✨ alert: I included this $13 ‘17 #LaSpinetta Il Rose di Casanova in an event I did in Westchester last night, and true to its name, it sent hearts racing ❤️ . Refreshing but uncommonly flavorful (cherry, peach, maybe some orange peel), with zippy tang and a long, lovely finish. Bonus: the label features the majestic rhinoceros 🦏 etched by genius artist Albrecht Dürer in the sixteenth century. If I had a summer house, this #wine would be stocked like soda. 🥤

Great, light white. — 8 years ago
Off dry, but the sugar has integrated well with age and is barely noticeable. Hints of botrytis. — 9 years ago
Even its not my personal taste, I have to admit, that Schwegler makes some of the most age worthy red wines in Württemberg. Lots of power & fruit. Double blind we're all completely wrong. — 9 years ago
Contribution to an open house. Very nice! — 10 years ago
This is ridiculous — 11 years ago
Pale lemon color with lovely aromas of white flowers, honey, almond and lemon. Medium acidity, medium body, off dry on the palate with lingering flavors of honey and lemon. — 6 years ago
Not too sweet but sweet enough! Love this wine. Found it at total wine — 7 years ago
Creamy vanilla, almond. Slightly sweet. Very pleasant. — 8 years ago
Although this is not my preferred style (international grape varietals, 100% new oak) the Granat is always a very good wine. Especially in this cooler vintage the fruit is better captured by the acidity. Oak is definitely noticeable but not over the top. Lots of power on the palate but also not overdone. Super long finish. Can easily age for 20-30 years and I mean that seriously. — 8 years ago
Everything I like about Riesling at a remarkable price point. Yes. — 9 years ago

Summer fresh strawberries, garden fresh roses, grapefruit, spiced tangerines. Been a while since I’ve had Crémant - fresh, vibrant, and good with sushi — 6 years ago
