I love Cayuse wines because they do something that I've not experienced elsewhere. They've got that WA walla walla Rocks funk.
Cayuse's main flaw is the imbalance w acidity/pop to awesome earthy funk.
It's more brooding than blasting. Smolders rather than sizzles. It's more about what one's in the mood for. — 12 years ago

One of the best WA Syrah in the past few years. Savory and rich dark fruits, solid acidity and fine tannins. Great now, but it has a good life ahead of it. Delicious! — 11 years ago
