Very refreshing and clean. Nose shows minerals, apple, and pleasant oak aromas. I think this went through a bit of malo as it has a l'il bit of a buttery quality alongside red apple, pineapple, and a string of acidity that saves this for me and helps tie a nice bow in this. Aaahhhhh. — 10 years ago
Belle longueur en bouche, un peu de champignon, de la noix. Un beau voyage — 11 years ago
Lovely tannins. Nose was delightful and rich. Cherry with tannin finish. Excellent and smooth. — 8 years ago
A delight. This bottle made the voyage across the country in my car from the winery. Better than I remembered. — 9 years ago
Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde here. Day 1 tight and maybe even a little muddled in the flavor department. Day 2 deep dark cherry flavor - enjoyable. — 10 years ago

Peter Michael Chardonnay Ma Belle-Fille 2007: a voyage on Complexity Airlines, with a Chardonnay-based crew serving up a first-class trip through peaches, chamomile, and toasty oak. A best-in-fleet wide-body Cali Chard, with ample creaminess counterbalanced by citric snap, finishing with a sky-wide vapor trail of spice. — 10 years ago
Padis. Bon voyage dinner. — 11 years ago
Silky, full bodies but still easy drinking. It has good audits, dark plum fresh flavours and opens on ripe red fruits and spices. #newzealand #amsterdam - Dewandelaar — 11 years ago

At Elissa's seaport in Galveston toasting the mighty ship with none other than an Elissa IPA! Dark classic IPA. This is the kind of dark bitter beer that you imagine they would have consumed on the maiden voyage of this historic ship. Cheers! — 8 years ago
