Complètement différent de celle bue il y a quelques années. En fait, les 2011 bu durant le voyage se sont montrés accessibles, goumands et à point. Holy smokes this was outstanding. 100% Pinot Noir from Jura in this Vin de France. Herbal and savory but with this black cherry and menthol thing going on. Too much acidity could easily kill this but so well balanced. — 8 years ago

The bouquet is incredible on this wine. Huge cedar note, with deep dark chocolate and spice in the nose. Finish is big and long. Palate is filled with the same notes from the bouquet. My maiden voyage with epoch and it is quickly rising to the top of my list.... tannin structure on this wine is elegant, complex and very present. — 8 years ago
