Hapokas ja kuiva Sauvignon Blanc, jonka jälkimaku vie jalat alta. Luomu, maistuu kesältä. Tiputa lasiin mansikka ja kokeile mezejen kanssa. — 10 years ago
A new single vineyard wine produced by Christos Zafeirakis, featuring 20 year old vines from Paleomilos, fermented and aged for 12 months in 2400 liter oak barrels. Outright it demonstrates the typical Zafeirakis style but with a bit more potency and concentration; incredible aromas of peach, apricots, intense floral aromas of jasmines, orange peel, gunpowder, crushed stones, white pepper, and an almost imperceptible oak laden vanilla note. A midbodied white with a promising structure, flavors of green apples, pears, and apricots on entry, a refreshing saline mineral midpalate with a plethora of citrus that penetrates the long lasting spicy finish with minor hints of buttery oak flavors. Although this is still a infant, there is an inherent balance between fruit, acidity, and oak, reminiscent of a top tier white Burgundy but with the telltale Zafeirakis finesse and saltiness. — 6 years ago

This 100% Organic Wine has A classic citrus Taste and floral nose. The blend of the Roditi with the Chardonnay gives this wine a great taste to be enjoyed immediately. Natural Sea air salts from open barrel fermenting give this wine its salt after -tones. Even finish, not too dry but acidic, as Greek Wines usually are. Domaine Zafeirakis is currently administered by 4th Generation Wine Maker Christos Zafeirakis. #domainezafeirakis #organicwine — 10 years ago
Fresh, clean, great acidity. Nice food White. — 10 years ago
I don’t even know where to begin to describe this wine. The nose is herbal and savory but has citrus pith. The palate has an orange creamsicle inside that’s been stripped of its sweetness and replaced with salinity and the leaves of some herb I can’t quite place. — 6 years ago
Drank at Theo's.

This is the best Greek wine I ever had. Like a super Tuscan. Touch of hot weather feel bit nice dark fruit and nice tannins but too much oak. Bit hot. — 8 years ago
Beautiful yellow sapphire color, pears, soft in the mouth, sea salt finish — 8 years ago
Oh hell yeah! Lighter compaired to most Greek reds I've had. Beautiful blue and purple fruits, beautiful acidity, supple tannins. Black pepper, bramble, violets minerality. — 9 years ago
