Was eating a Digorno spinach mushroom pizza and decided to try this; why not? For me, bold and not intimidated by the pizza. This needs a medium rare ribeye!
8/9/14: opened another bottle of this over a month ago: ugh! Rather than throw it out, I used an ornamental cork stopper & kept for cooking. Forgot about it until about 2 weeks ago... Took a taste: voila! It was great. Go figure! — 11 years ago
