After a long day, I decided to open up some vino tonight! Wine of choice: a 2010 Tarima Hill. The grapes in this wine are the Monastrell grapes, which I'm not too familiar with. The wine is from the Alicante region of Spain , in which I am not too familiar with either. Since I am always interested in something new, I was very curious to try this wine out. If there was any doubt about the quality and taste of this wine, tasting this wine made me a huge fan! This is a great example of where a lovely bottle, matches the lovely wine inside. This wine is excellent, viva la España ! Color-Garnet Bouquet- a wonderful bouquet of dark fruits, coffee, caramel, vanilla and leather. Palate-dark fruits, cigar, spice, and milk chocolate leave you palate with a nice silky coating on a long finish. — 13 years ago
