black cherry, prune on the nose, hint of meatiness undertone..酒滑过palate 有如丝般柔顺..真的是超级silky啊，温柔得一败涂地......等decant 到近两个小时后，酸味变得略有些突出，tannin 也像调皮的小精灵回来抱着你的牙齿后勺，薄薄地一层..难道这么快酒已过了peak?..突然间，杯中有切了薄片的truffle 的味道, 让我想起了上次在Della terra 吃的rose beef 上的片片truffle..再等久一些应该还有新的惊喜，可是酒杯已然见底... — 11 years ago
