This wine changed A LOT in the glass. At first there was a very pronounced hazelnut aroma that gave way over 30 minutes. The palate was citrus, maybe a little subdued but for a 9 year old Italian white wine - impressive. High acidity that surprised us again given the age. Tea lingering on the finish. — 10 years ago
Very smooth with wonderful French oak highlights, full-bodied...a classic. Perfect for a summer late evening in the Dolomites. Unique and elegant — 8 years ago
