If you love Italian wines or, going further, Piemonte, you owe it to yourself to try this wine, made of the rare Ruché grape (100 ha planted as of 2010 according to the Oxford Companion). It is rather beguiling, and despite its bitter finish and tannic undergirding, reveals its charms easily. An opaque nebbiolo garnet colour. Immediate burst of citrus on the front palate.
