Um dos exemplares mais elegantes do Eduardo Zenker, equilíbrio absoluto de aromas. Elegante, sanguíneo e com fruta delicada. Vinho leve, poderia ter mais acidez ou taninos, mas representa de maneira fabulosa a qualidade de um merlot brasileiro mais delicado, clássico. Surpresa boa! — 11 years ago

One of the two single-vineyard Leda wines, together with Vinha da Ribeira, made only in 2004. Lush with indistinguishable Ferreirinha aromas and very smooth tannins, the wine, maybe due to the vineyards' southern exposure, has started to become slightly inky and tired. Wow, this blew me away. I'm not usually a white wine drinker, but this could totally change me. THE wine for grains. This was amazing with brown rice and barley topped with curried butternut squash and apple bisque and roasted chickpeas in tandoori spices. And extremely drinkable on its own, too. Pale gold color and surprising strength of aroma- this is new wave Albarińo, fermented in barrel and just managing to balance the forward oak and vanilla with more classic aromas of orange peel, white flowers, pear, unripe peach and lemon. this is an intriguing wine, notable for its crisp, steely acidity and flint core. I longed for a bit more depth and finish but a joy to drink even so. — 6 years ago
