Very interesting white, Posip. The closest analogue would be Torrontes.
Dry white wine that is strangely seductive, every sip entertains your palate and even your lips just like a kiss. Slightly heavier body and minimal fruit with grapefruit, pear, and green apple. Lovely Croatian creation;-) — 9 years ago

Vinarija Gesellmann, vino Bela Rex(kuve Cabarnet Sauvignon i Merlo). Alkohola 14,5%, godina 2011. Odlicno vino, u kategoriji Andy Kolwarenca. Rekao bi da se jace oseti Cabarnet Sauvignon u odnosu na Merlo. Ova jacina alkohola se ne primeti. Interesatno je da se tanini ne osete jako i sve je lepo izbalansirano i uobliceno. Pleasantly different wine for me. Rose petal nose, dark sweet plum and black cherry flavor. Age smoothed the tannins a lot, but the acid and profile is good.

Croatia might not be the first thing that comes up when you think about good wine, but it's definitely more than capable of producing great wines. Plavac Mali is closely related to Primitivo planted right across the Adriatic sea. Medium bodied with massive tannins even after 5 years in the bottle. Watermelon, dark fruits, herbs, and spices. Hahaha napokon roze onako kako ga ja zamisljam. U pravu sam...najbolji rose mora u sebi da ima Muskat Hamburg :-). Fenomenalan je. Ne previse sladak (taman), osvezavajuci, kao prolece :-). Neka neki izrazeni miris ali zato ukus...Mariji ima ukus na jagode a meni na visnje. Kupaza Muskat Hamburg, Cabarnet Sauvignon. Berba 2013 god, alkohola 12,5%.
