Golden colour in the glass. Tropical fruit nose of pineapple, banana, wet stone, vanilla, oak, toasted nuts. Palate confirms this with pineapple/banana notes, medium acidity, long finish. Alto Adige on full display with tart bitterness of pitted fruits and slate. Lush tropical notes and a hint of vanilla (the Chard?) round out the frame. Not much of a finish to speak of.
