Drinks like old world Syrah. I am really enjoying this. — 12 years ago
The best sextant vintage of Pinot yet! Vibrant bright cherry, lively wine that evolves in the glass. Perfect thanksgiving wine, which is why I paired it with the delicate pork tenderloin tonight. Has enough racy acid to challenge the vinaigrette accompanying the couscous salad. Lovely! ‘Tis the season! www.freerunjuicewine.com — comment and tag me if you would like a discount code! Stands out with its finish. Fruit forward nose that tails into lingering notes. — 8 years ago

Soaring aromas of spice and lemon followed by bright acid and structure. Gorgeous texture and a precise, long finish. Seven years old and this is a current release! This is what Chardonnay should be. — 11 years ago

A highly perfumed nose evokes fresh honeydew melon Meyer lemon pear nectar and white flowers and a smoky mineral nuance builds as the wine opens up. Sappy concentrated and incisive on the palate offering intense citrus and orchard fruit flavors and chamomile and saffron flourishes. A dusty mineral element adds vibrant lift and cut to the impressively long sharply delineated finish which leaves behind a suave floral note. — 5 years ago
We had the 2014 Vintage on 10/1-2/20. This is a good, full bodied, fruit forward Pinot Noir. The lead flavor on the bouquet and palate is black cherry. There is some oak and sweet spice. The tannins need to be smoothed with the aerator. I would buy more. — 5 years ago
Lots of cherry. Drinking well — 6 years ago
Soft tannins, floral nose, pretty wine. This would be a daily drinker for me. — 7 years ago
A well off friend did bring this one to our Friday tasting at the wine store ---- and yesterday I first liked it and then was unimpressed??? Just a bunch of acid and little fruit behind it so my bet was this will not make it. Michele I think she is a sommelier agreed. So this morning I am sitting here in the sun and give it a second shot after air for 15 hours (that should do it 😁). AND? I was wrong! Red currant nose very Burgundian 12.8%. In a blind tasting I would think this is a Gevrey Chambertin. Tealeaves, forest floor, dirt, cloves, all spice, dark berries and just a super tiny hint at California fruit very impressive! So the problem is how long do you need to give this air 30 min or 15 hours oh boy 👍🍷🍷🍷. — 9 years ago
