Fascinating take on vignoles. Bone dry and one of the most tannic whites I've ever tasted. Chilled it was just too harshly structured and lacking fruit. At room temp it blossomed with dried pineapple and apricot. Long and almost gritty finish. Not for everyone. And not going to impressed within 30 seconds. Take your time and tease out the layers and complexity. — 9 years ago

Made like an ice wine, this blend of sweet/fragrant Vidal, Tram, Riesling, and vignoles (!) is fabulous! After being refriged for a month+ it lost some high in acidity :( So, drink quickly next time — 10 years ago
