Sweet, rich nose full of peach, pineapple, apricot and a hint of spice. Smooth, full and sweet on the palate. Sweet, thick, stone fruit and honey flavors are balanced by enough acidity to keep this ice wine from being too cloying. The finish is long and smooth and sweet. — 10 years ago

Very enjoyable blend. Can taste the Riesling and gewurz, the Vidal being filler. A nice simple wine to enjoy with different foods. In this case the wine is not the issue as it easily drinks with food. — 7 years ago

The purest a Vidal can get. Primary aromas of apricot, but the age allowed for some nice caramel complexities to show up. Rich on the palate with strong honey tones and a touch of citrus hiding in the back. Really lingers too, and paired well with a salted caramel cheesecake. — 7 years ago
