Nose of dark fruits and smoke. Mouth fresh blackberry with spice heat throughout with finish of vanilla and balanced American oak smoke. Long finish - had with "Sunday Gravy" Italian tomato sauce with tortiglioni pasta. Must try with a fatty steak off the grill! — 12 years ago
