Absolutely fantastic 20 year old-ish manzanilla pasada. Fabulous golden straw colour, rix and complex with tons of intense walnut and toffee aromas. You almost imagine it will be sweet but bone dry as ever, in the mouth. Was still drinking well a day after opening, too.

I wonder who made it in Sanlúcar though? It seems like a special edition made FOR González Byass rather than by them. — 8 years ago
