I uncorked this one since it had been such a reliable pour the last time I opened it. However, in New York it had disappointed all of us. I am back to being disappointed. This is the type of bottle that you have to open by itself and not showcase it against any other as it will swiftly retreat into the shadows. Light on the palate, super short finish. This bottle came in dead last tonight. I can't believe the other that I opened impressed me that much that night. I don't do this often but I will knock it down to an 8.9. — 8 years ago

WOTN. This was my 1st experience with this vintner. I love the style of grape and its production. Rich., opulent, incredible nose and a finish that would make Lance Armstrong winded! Amazing! Thank you Kirk & Veronica!!

@Kirk Alexander @David A Lentine I am a big believer in the fact that wine is meant to be shared and brings people together. What better way to enjoy a bottle that was so graciously given to us by my Bud David Lentine than to uncork it with our friends Kirk & Veronica! It was a truly special Pinot. The nose was so inviting! Notes of blueberry, wild berry and strawberry., I absolutely love the earth and mineral notes on the palate. The wine has complexity and finesse. The finish is long which I adored. A truly special Pinot which is built just how I like them!!!! Not your typical over the top fruit bombs that we see in Napa these days. I'm looking this one up today to see if I can pick some more up! Thank you David! 😍🍷🍷👍 — 8 years ago

Badass 97 Togni that drank as well as any Bordeaux that I've had recently. Forest floor, dark fruit., not quite a dirty diaper nose as my bud Jason Chang would say but close!! What a rockstar this was tonight. A sleeper that snuck up on everyone and stole the show. Everyone at the end of the night was saying... Anymore Togni?!?!

Yummy sparking I shared with my great friend Veronica. It's a Chenin Blanc and Riesling. Fruit forward but not too sweet. Hints of peach with a nice crisp finish. Went well with blue cheese, port salute cheese, prosciutto, a baguette, olive oil, truffle salami and some blackberries and melon. Another wine from ClubW. — 9 years ago

Still @ Pullman's, in Montreal! Hoping the app can Id the wine this time! So , Veronica (mgr ) is amazing!! Popped new bottle & shared great to know info!!! The new bottle of rosè works - hooyah! Tunage is strong here . Hope my Chateau Miulin Pey-Labrie. 05 ids here, but, if not, it is ready and easy to drink post one hr. opening and swirled. Cool spot & the garlicky green beans. ( all who know me now green beans are my fries ) ..:)

I completely forgot to post this. My brother from another mother Kirk Alexander uncorked these 2 Absolutely Phenomenal 100 point beauties for us to enjoy just because I came over!!!!!! ! Damn., I’ve got to go to his house more often!!!!!! All kidding aside., we were celebrating Veronica’s (his beautiful wife) birthday and what a truly special Evening.it was. There’s nothing better than uncorking a special bottle with friends that have become like family.
We love you Veronica!!! And put up with Kirk just because of you🤣😜🤣

Lagunitas 13 anniversary beer is back, in six packs, very good Imperial red, big hops, big malts, but not too sweet, and that is a very good thing in the style, if you dig Brown Sugga and Undercover from this brewery, you will love this, very limited release, go out and get it now, also on par with their Imperial Red, but it had that combination of all the ones I mentioned, very unique in the hop profile, Amarillo hops give it a pineapple flavor, mix with the Caramell and roasted malts, very good in the style, cool label as well, that is Betty, the blond version is Veronica, great brew — 9 years ago
