Venica & Venica L’Adelchi Ribolla Gialla 2021: Medium-body. Lively acidity. Fresh & delicate fruit notes of pear, green apple, melon, citrus & peach. Great minerality and a long fruity finish. All in all, a well balanced and very likable/approachable wine. It was an elegant, pure expression of the Ribolla Gialla grape which resulted in a great quality wine. Gorgeous. Smells like savory herbs, like rosemary, and seasoned meat. Taste and texture is soft and smooth and velvety with mild tannins. The bottle said to enjoy it with beef or aged cheese.
