Maybe it's the rolling hills of the northern Tuscan countryside or perhaps it's the ativan I took before popping into this bottle of Toscana Vermentino, either way it's quite enjoyable with green almond and subtle grapefruit flavors, with crisp acidity and subtle minerality. Very nice Swiss wine by a Romanian wine maker. Surprisingly complex and pleasant, apparently with some oak exposure. Vanilla, Caramel, but mostly citrus flavors. Exciting new find for us! — 9 years ago
