Nose full of dark berries. Taste is strong and keeps long. Lots of tannins, lots of dark aromas like tobacco and dark berries. Hint of smoke is also tasted. Served with asado (sausages, entrecote and chicken breast with chimichurri). — 11 years ago
Amazing wine! Had it with a pepper steak. — 11 years ago
V12. Bring on the ribs and wings! Crushed blackberries and white pepper bouquet, which carries over to juicy blackberry fruit with a spicy finish. Not big , but nice...hard not to enjoy — 9 years ago
Inky with stewed fruit, chocolate and leather. Silky tannins and a delicious cab from the land of Malbecistan. — 9 years ago
Great example of Paso Robles fruit. Rich and expressive. Dark cherry and black pepper. Nice tannins, good acid. Will pair well with beef, bbq, Asian fusion, etc. — 10 years ago
V11 Cabernet, dark blackberry, hint of coffee fruit. Hints of black pepper and tobacco. Typically good Paso Cab, can easily drink now, I personally think the acid level was little high throwing off the balance, a bit. Will settle down and be very good within a year. — 10 years ago

This was really tasty and smooth. Add some lemon and it takes on a totally different flavor. That was suggested by the man at The Anderson's. Highly recommend. 11% alcohol. 50% Malbec 50% Merlot — 9 years ago
