Then, is a sparkling "frizzante" (2.5 bar), with very low sulfites, great technology and you can choose how to drink it: shaking it or not. Val di Cembra, Trentino, is the home of this "dark" Riesling, coming from tuff soils. Elegant, smooth but with such an austere aromatic character. Excellent. — 12 years ago
