This reliable wine is tasty vintage after vintage. The 2016 is pale gold and fresh-smelling. Green Apple and lemon aromas are braced by a strident minerality. Those minerals really come forward on the palate, as do the apple and citrus flavors. The wine is ever so slightly frizzante in the glass, and the acidity rips across the taste buds. — 7 years ago

I had this last month but failed to review it until now. I am new to Albariños so I do not know how to compare it to others but it has a nice floral and peach aromas. Upon drinking it the acid was in check and there was a soft note of peaches and subtle orange favors. Not sure if this is typical but this was very enjoyable on a warm summer night. #albariño #spain #granbazán — 9 years ago
