Stunning nose. Super floral and mint. Wow, what florals. Stunning minerality. So precise and pungent. Fresh wool, tweed. What a nose. Palate is full and I mean FULL of fruit, but then it’s backed up by major granite minerality and a lovely savory beefiness. This is really classy and refined.
