Bloody good. It had to be as it cost the price of a small duchy.
I have a whole bottle of this greatness with me. Not a good idea.
Taste is sort of dry, not sweet and not bitter...all in equal mix. Taste of lots of stuff. It's been through different cask apparently. Bourbon, Madeira, Port...
Lovely aroma. Doesn't come to hit you right back. — 8 years ago
Honey followed by wisp of smoldering campfire. The perfect balance of everything? — 9 years ago
What a steal! $7.99 at Trader Joe's and it's the embodiment of a Marlborough Sav Blanc - inexpensive, dry, herbal and minerally — 9 years ago
Still one of the best after all the years. Most Pilsner Lager beers could take a lesson. — 10 years ago
Very likely my all around favorite ale (maybe beer?) of all time. — 10 years ago
Dessert in a glass! Delicious semi sweet and dark chocolates with a touch of mocha. ($3.69 at Costco 550ml) and organic to boot! — 10 years ago
Smooth, little citrus, trace of nut. Excellent finish. — 10 years ago
Briney, salty and of the ocean with a smokey finish — 12 years ago
Probably my favorite from The Balvenie, this port wood-finished single malt has a great sherry character along with a sweetness, hint of smoke, and just enough bite (without any warer addition) to allow it to open up on the palate and show off some great retro aromatics. Long, lingering finish. Fantastic. — 8 years ago
Amazed for this price, the taste of a vintage Glenmorngie. How this single malt accomplishes this is bewildering. — 8 years ago
Only for special occasion. Good or bad. This one is still special — 9 years ago
Straw, hay, intimations of summer breeze. Like the Dalwhinnie — 9 years ago
The only islay whisky of the evening. My first time trying this one and this is now a favorite. Very elegant style and one of the less peaty and smoky Islays. — 10 years ago
Favourite scotch. Perfect balance of smokiness and spice. Outstanding! — 12 years ago
Single malt with hints of rum. Some vanilla and/or honey. Favorite bottle at the moment — 8 years ago
End of bottle... — 8 years ago
This is, in my humble opinion, simply one of the greatest scotches sold today that I have ever tasted. I kept some peated barley from the distillery for years after my visit and the remarkable smokiness from those grains lasted for years. — 9 years ago
One of the best for the money. Sometimes on sale for around $25 — 10 years ago
One of the best Chardonnay for the. I could buy a case for fun summer day of this well balanced nose and flavor wine. — 10 years ago
Tastes better when drunk in London with your brother in law — 10 years ago

Interesting Czech wine. Great surprise and good for discussion. Very light, almost like a white wine. Fruity. Hint of sweetness, low/no tanin — 7 years ago
