Great Belgian-style ales across the board, and I will give a good deal of credit to their proprietary yeast strain, which is not overly spicy, fruity, medicinal, etc but shows all these elements in modest amounts, seems to attenuate pretty fully giving relatively crisp, dry renditions of their styles (though it does sometimes result in borderline over-carbonated, overly foamy beers), and is complemented in this beer by a very subtle but very effective hop profile, which contributes no bitterness but runs seamlessly into the spicy and floral flavors from the fermentation. — 12 years ago
"Eau Benite" translates "holy water". Delicate flavours of banana, grapefruit, orange, lemon, clove, and coriander. Similar to a German hefeweizen. — 9 years ago

Belgian style ale, but Canadian. — 11 years ago
golden/wit ale brewed with spices. Lots of malt, great effervescence, not too spicy or hoppy. Brewed by Unibroue for Trader Joe's. — 12 years ago
Love the citrus. — 10 years ago
Dark chocolate covered coffee beans, nutmeg, gingerbread, hints of brown sugar. Dry but rich, rich but vibrantly effervescent.
If your local TJ's has any left, grab one to drink now & a couple to sit on for a few years!
