Tsolikauri

Vartsikhe Marani

Dry Tsolikouri 2016

On the nose there’s dried fruit & honey, yet the palate offers completely different notes of saline & savory flavors. There’s definitely texture, but the tannins are well integrated resulting in an entirely different mouthfeel than most skin contact whites. Would make for an outstanding pairing with a myriad of foods! — 6 years ago

Didimi da Dimi

Tsolikauri 2015

First time with Didimi's Tsokoluri. Could be confused with Petite Arvine. Alpine spring, mineral, so easy to drink, a slight smokiness that was highly desirable. Qvevri. — 7 years ago
