Pale straw in color. Wet newspaper, cement, iodine, charcoal, peat, barley, sherry, rubber hose, and even dew on a wet golf course. Hot mouthfeel, but very well balanced. Long finish! Islay to the next level! — 10 years ago

My favorite beer of all time. — 10 years ago
Fine. The age brings more interesting texture to the PS but the sweetness is more overpowering - too much caramel and maybe too much sherry. As good as - though different from - the regular stuff. — 10 years ago
Amazing glowing color. Super dark color. Blackest blackberry, spice and licorice in big bodied Pinot ... But do t even think it gets too heavy or loses its Pinot character. A standard bearer for Oregon Pinot Noir — 10 years ago
A super triple. Really improved once it warmed up. Shows cask influence. Rich, balanced and delicious. — 11 years ago

Havent been really into IPAs lately but this was spot on. Citrus, crisp, and some piney and dank hoppiness. — 10 years ago
Big, deep, yeasty apple aromas with subtitle smoky notes. Dry and crisp on the palate with very gentile bubbles. Rich and slightly bitter with dry Apple flavors, lots of brioche and just a hint of smoke. Has the feel of a great, yeasty beer. — 11 years ago
