I am primarily a red fan but this unique white from Indiana is my favorite white ever! — 9 years ago
High acid, some RS, nice floral, nice touch of bitterness on finish. #tastecamp #drinklocal — 10 years ago
Spätlese? Juicy Apple, flower blossoms, candied lime...near perfection! 2012 was all traminette - drinking @ 2yrs old - the acidity had mellowed a tad...making it so smooth :) — 10 years ago

Lychee, floral scent. Good balance of tart and sweet. Fruity, high acidity, light-bodied, slightly spicy. Traminette is a Gewürztraminer hybrid so it has a similar taste profile.
Overall, a very refreshing wine to drink even on its own. I'm a fan :) — 9 years ago
Fantastic, strong cherry notes, makes you think of a quality kirsch but made with northern Michigan sweet cherry. — 9 years ago
A delicious light semi-sweet white! — 9 years ago
A blend of Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Viognier, and Traminette. Very refreshing with a hint of sweetness but a crisp finish. Drink with Pad Thai!

Light and refreshing. A good summer wine. — 9 years ago
Lots of pink grapefruit and regular grapefruit with a hint of apricot. Very nice. Not so thick to have to be for dessert but was made in a more ice wine style "Royal Frost" is the name and game ;) — 9 years ago
Very nice dessert wine that is a blend of five grapes. Not overly sweet. It was nice with dessert and on its own. — 9 years ago
Acidic, citrusy, medium bodied, crisp. — 10 years ago
Fully in its wheelhouse, the 2010 Traminette from Barren Ridge is not only a reflection of the strength of the vintage, but also a reflection of the character we first fell in love with from this charming little estate in Fishersville, Virginia. Refreshing and juicy with a rich, luscious, and peachy mouthfeel. Beautifully laced with a touch if sweetness that 'ties the bow'. — 10 years ago
