On the palate, dry medium soft tannins. Ripe fruits of; blueberries, blackberries, black currants, black raspberries & raspberries. The core flavor of anise, wood shavings, leathery, mint, eucalyptus, green pepper, tobacco, dark roasted coffee and long beautifully rich finish with perfect acidity.
