With Tim as my Sous Chef, together we made an amazing Valentine's dinner. Grass-fed filet mignon, sautéed Bok Choy, and steamed artichokes. Paired with a couple treasures from my cellar. 1998 Le Vieux Donjon Chateauneuf du Pape (lost its fruit 😔), but then we opened a 1997 Stag's Leap Cabernet Sauvignon-wow!! Beautifully aged, silky tannins, balanced acidity, lush berry fruit and a lovely finish. Boy are we spoiled! P. S. I only paid $35.95 for it back in 2001! — 12 years ago
