This lovely Carmenere was quite seductive. It was reinforced with a touch of petit Verdo and resulted in a black ink color. It is full and rich body and nose;-) the nose is tempting and complex with layers of green pepper, cherries, prunes, black current, chocolate and licorice. The body is big and bold, full of fruits and solid tannins, the finish is long and dry and this one clearly needs more cellaring time. My score 88+, drink 2016-2022 — 10 years ago

Rojo picota muy intenso, con irisaciones violáceas en el borde de la copa. Nariz: Aromas a compota de frutas muy maduras, pero con predominio del bombón de guindas y moras de zarza, junto con cierto toque de café y tiramisú. Boca: inconfundible y de una marcada personalidad. El cuerpo y la estructura predominan en este vino muy bien conjuntados.
