The NASA supercomputer that spits out designs for the slide rules used to create the tie-clips of the scientists that managed the moon landing mission MTV used in their ads that played on the muted TV in the corner of the room where Molly Ringwald auditioned for John Hughes. — 8 years ago
In 2006 Campari stopped using Carmine, a dye from crushed Cochineal beetles, to get their signature colour and started using artificial dyes. Nice to find a killer, natural alternative. Once you've had a Gran Negroni there is no turning back! — 8 years ago
Opened for 3 hours.. Needs another 5 years. Big strapping young lad, dressed in a cedar suit with a blackberry tie. Black raspberry hanky. A smart dresser for sure..

Thursday night and back at Runway 84 in Ft. Lauderdale... This wine is a good find. The only thing better than this wine and besides Shelly's dramatic weight loss is his shirt/tie pairings... I mean what the F---? Me and Ralph are convinced that you have not picked up an issue of GQ in the last 10 years... — 10 years ago

A very nice wine. A hint of vanilla I initially then warm fruit. A gift from Lisa for our wedding, enjoyed with sausages, peppers, and bow tie pasta. — 10 years ago
Small winery tucked in the north western section of Virginia in Bridgewater. Has an aviation tie to the small airport there. Great wine. It is a Meritage after all. — 11 years ago
This wine has a great dryness, very full body, and the flavor is great to tie it all together! — 8 years ago
Nice bubbly acid on the tongue. Quaffed with a bow tie pasta with light lemon cream and arugula. Acid cuts nicely through the sauce. Stay young and drink young. Cheers Amy — 8 years ago
Remember that time your hair dye didn't work, this helped. — 8 years ago
Perfect foil for our Dover sole meuniere and grilled seafood misti. Performs well above its lesser known appellation, though it is 1er Cru monopole. Great value too as this will smoke just about any village Blanc. Hints of Meursault saline and fruit nose with the breadth of a St. Aubin. Well integrated oak peeks out in the nose and at the back of the palate to tie in with the minerally and lush finish. #burgundy — 8 years ago
Nice complement to a peeky tie crab. Nice acidity with hints of lemon. — 9 years ago

Chianti, you can't go wrong. When I don't find a bottle of Pèppoli, this is my choice. And it's no runner up, it's a tie. — 8 years ago
Pork chops & apple sauce. Off dry, rich petrol minerality & good acid to tie it all together. Fun wine. Enjoy w spice. — 9 years ago
Stiff, but beguilingly so. Coiled and textural, pomegranate and cracked white pepper; a smoky-eyed ingenue in a suit coat and tie. — 9 years ago
Very nice. Rich and smooth. Excellent with food. — 10 years ago

I'll see if I can put notes down this time...
I agree with @Shay Aldriedge ...deep purple thick legs. I get a floral nosey note that persists throughout. There is something else that I interpret as caraway seeds or rye bread. It's big. Acidic. I'd score this a tie with Cuttings. It's really good. Tannins are about perfect. I'm fortunate, our local store had a special order and is selling this @ 41.99!
