Fruit forward, small refreshing bubbles, and a bit of bread dough character! Would go with any food! — 12 years ago
Clocking in at only 13% abv, this third growth vintage 2003 is an absolute stunner. Suave and sophisticated, abundant fruit, nice acid to balance, minerality, well integrated tannins and long finish! For maximum enjoyment decant 1 hour or more before imbibing. And yes it has amazing aging ability, this wine is still clearly a youngster, full of youthful ambitions! — 13 years ago
Grande Cuvée NV. Oldest wine 1988. Amazing. Blend works especially well here. Rich and generous. Concentrated, but precise and long. Citrus and stone fruit - fresh. Touch of coffee notes that adds complexity and complexity to the mid palate. NB: 4,000 kg Marc translates to 2,050 for 1st Taille. 450 litres for 2nd and 3rd tail is sold off to third parties - never used for Krug. — 11 years ago

Third wine of Margaux. Youthful and fresh. See Christine Havens notes, spot on in my opinion! 2009 vintage — 11 years ago
It definitely needs to breathe a but but its good. Fruity without being too sweet. I drank it after a long work week and frankly it did the trick! Worth a try and a good wine to bring to a party of non/wine drinkers alike. — 11 years ago
Love! Great, especially for a 2011. — 13 years ago

Had three bottles at dinner tonight with a group of friends. First bottle good, but tannic, perfumed, spicy. Second bottle has the same backbone but lots of dark fruits. Third bottle was near perfect blend of the first two. Had with Chateaubriand. — 11 years ago
