An absolutely thrilling Frappato from Sicily, probably the most satisfying wine that I have drank all year and one to seek out IMHO. Wonderfully pure fruit with great precision and what can only be described as a naturalness - perhaps because this wine is made without or with minimal sulphur. A really rich and textured mouthfeel somehow combining something of both Pinot and Sangiovese - wow!! Time for a trip to Sicily! — 12 years ago
