70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and all grand Cru (Hautvilliers, Dizy and Mareuil-sur-Ay). Seven years on the lees. Pale gold with a shot of green. Tiny bubbles and huge aroma of brioche, lemon drop and quince all accented with a wirey herbal note. Elegant on the palate and very long in the mouth. The wine seems to tingle with electricity. Pale yellow/gold, nose full of honey, well integrated petrol, sweet apple juice, and hints of vanilla. Rich, great round and unctuous body with honey, touch of RS (8g/L), and med acid. Would be great with sushi!
