A very good bottle of wine and even better for the price. Price v quality makes it one of the best values in my opinion. — 10 years ago

Vintage Champagne like this is my reason for off-site storage. If it is at home, I drink it, and unlike Bordeaux or Burgundy that is too young, it tastes great. The problem is that it will be even better later! This is top 2008 with a quarry worth of chalk and a basket full of white fruit. It was excellent with the Ahi. Add 10 years for texture and warm bread! — 11 years ago

The most mineral of Huet's parcels as a Moelleux is absolutely gorgeous for its equipoise. I will hunt more of this elusive quarry down. — 12 years ago

An ever so delightful pick. Not to acidic and just the right amount of fruity bliss. — 14 years ago

Ripe and showy, leaning toward cocoa and licorice, dark fig and prune. Not going to have too many more years, but it's in a nice place right now. — 10 years ago
