Very apple-y. A bit less than dry but not syrupy sweet. Refreshing and fresh. Nicely done. — 11 years ago
Delightfully Apple. Starts with a bright sweet apple aroma but quickly turns to a smoothe dry finish. One of the best so far. — 12 years ago
My favorite Korbel: Natural. Light, crisp, dry, no lingering taste — 10 years ago
Arianna Occhipinti's eponymous natural Sicilian red. Aromatic, earthy and fruit-driven. Paired with a small mountain of roast lamb and new potatoes at Yard, the fabulous Parisian restaurant of chefs Shaun Kelly and Eleni Sapera. — 11 years ago
Natural Bojo style made with syrah. Pure delight. — 10 years ago
Had the VGS Chardonnay 2004 (11 years young!) next to 2013. They sure come from the same place. Great structure and great complexity. — 10 years ago
Funky fizzy natural cot I could drink for days — 12 years ago
A great hard apple cider that is crisp but not overly sweet. — 12 years ago
Matthew Andrews
A whole bunch of young-vine grapes (7, to be exact) fermented separately in stainless steel, then allowed to make love together over the mild Catalan winter. The love child drinks easy with some weird undertones of dusty jam, mineral effervesce and raw soursop. Bring it out by the case, please. — 10 years ago
