At first tastes a little Sav Blanc... but more complex. First time with the Arneis grape and really enjoyed it. Paired with scallops and orange saffron sauce, it worked well. In the $20+ range for a special occasion, it's worth it. — 10 years ago
This is an outstanding red blend. I am a member of this winery and this wine is one of the reasons why. This combines three different Cabs into an easy drinking light bodied red wine. Very nice in the palate. — 10 years ago
Sweet for a Chardonay with a hint of peach and the pineapple tartness but not really a "pineapple" taste. — 11 years ago

Nice color of saturated gold. Nose of ample nutty flavor, green apple, fermented plum, and oaky almond. Taste of buttery smoothness, green apple, a bit pine apple, citrusy, oaky, roasted almonds, and grapefruit zest. Aftertaste of zesty bitterness, nutty almond, medium long. As a Virginian , I am proud of this bottle. Virginia wine, way to go! — 9 years ago
This was light and just right. I will buy this again — 10 years ago
CYes, Im drinking a Spanish Tempranillo. It is from Valencia. It is Castillo Catadau Gran Reserva 2008. The cork was good. Legs were quick. At first the tannins were strong but after decanting for one hour.... Wow! Another awesome wine from Nakedwines.com Im impressed. The color is dark. The boquet is chocolate rasberry. The initial palate is rasberry and currant. The finish is a bit sour but delicate with a minor amount of dryness leaving you wanting another sip! This is awesome at 10 dollars a bottke if you are an Angel of Naked Wines. com. — 10 years ago
Cranberries, pomegranates, tree bark, and acai berries on the palate. Spice and grape tannins help integrate the fruity qualities nicely. — 10 years ago
Love this wine. Sweet & cheap😀

So delicious. A nice, deeply complex Pinot noir. It's outstanding on its own and pairs well with food, but with food much stronger than you'd usually pair with this grape given its atypical depth. — 10 years ago
Heavy yet well balanced. — 10 years ago

I'm not sure that any words can describe how perfect this wine is. I had it paired with smoked brisket. Amazing! I've said this before.. Nugan wines are impressive. You cannot go wrong with them. — 10 years ago
