#autolysis sometimes I just want to tell you: THANK YOU for your yeasty, bread-y handshake, your reassuring weight and warmth. That you give my favorite sparkling wines their winking depth and exotic lilt: MERCI.

This one:
Shortbread brûlée, just picked peach, copper penny, kiwi, wet hay. Palate: high minus acid, haughtiness (in a good way), apricot preserve and limeade jelly. Medium plus length, good times and happiness. *nice* — 10 years ago
