Very young and still quite primary. Great with rack of lamb. — 9 years ago
Probably past its prime, but, excellent structure and complexity. Let it open up, and the age is dispelled, leaving a wine that provides great length, and which evolves jn its tasting range. — 10 years ago
1995 vintage. Meaty, earthy, liquorice, nettles and bracken. Medicinal notes. On the palate, much more white pepper. Quite plush blackberry and black plum. Very silky and textured. Good concentration. Fresh acidity. Good finish. Very enjoyable. Unfortunately in great company tonight. — 10 years ago

Rich in aroma, flavor, and texture. The oak was there but what caught my attention more was the white floral and lychee notes. On the palate it's dense, extremely pure, with a huge finish that shows acidity buried down deep in the wine. Great stuff if you can try it, a benchmark from one of the greatest sites in Condrieu! — 9 years ago
Next Terrior. Great pairing with the lamb — 10 years ago
Juicy, tightly wound, sprinkle of pepper. Excellent example of cote rotie from a great producer! - from magnum as well. — 10 years ago
Can you say baller? Cuz this wine has it. Am I speaking out of turn? The wine is great and shows magnificently now. — 10 years ago
Bright ruby color with dark brambley fruit, toasted oak and graphite on the nose. Ripe dark fruit, black currant, blackberry, cedar and an undercurrent of black truffles. The finish is long and soft with hints of toffee, vanilla and white pepper. Balanced acidity and great tannin structure. — 11 years ago

Great effort for this difficult vintage. Drinking at peak in my opinion. Not for the brett averse. — 9 years ago
