Nice flavour. Not too acidic. Perfect summer drink. — 8 years ago

2011 Vintge. One of the finest wines I've ever had. Lots of earthy flavors going on, including truffles, leather and tobacco. Even a tiny hint of licorice, but in a good way. Perfect balance of fruit and tannin as well. Just wish I could afford it more often. My special occasion wine. — 9 years ago

It's a 18% dessert wine from Georgia (Rare), it smell pretty solid with slightly rum's flavor, taste like sweet aged fruit. I can't tell how amazing it is when pairing with tiramisu! You definitely want to keep one in your house for dessert anytime! — 10 years ago
Very crispy SB with typical NZ taste after rhubarb and little of lemon. Bit short finish and bit rough in tannins. — 11 years ago

Malty with just the right amount of sweetness. Thicker than I usually like, but not overpowering. Bavaria! — 8 years ago

This 59 reminds me why this vintage might be better than 61 albeit I'm drinking less top 61's because the book tells me to lay away still the very top producers. But 59 in Lafite, Margaux, now HB better than 61. Latour and Mouton spectacular in 59 and maybe 61 will outlive but only time will tell. This was simply myriad of the finest moments one can expect from a rare old bottle at its peak! — 9 years ago
One of Chile's finest premier wines. Dark and deep inky purple red. A blend of 57% Carmenère, 34% Cabernet Sauvignon and 9% Merlot and aged in 100% new French oak, the wine displays aromas of ripe concentrated red fruit with sweet spice. The palate has flavors of plum, raspberry and cherry and notes of figs, vanilla and mocha. Complex structure with round velvet tannins that are long lasting on the finish and ending with some espresso notes. Tasting Sample. — 9 years ago

Mrs. Robinson, are you trying to seduce me? You're an old hand at this with your hint of tobacco and mellowed spiciness. Yet you've still got kick. — 11 years ago
