It is slightly fuller of body than your typical Sangio and extremely polished, and worked well as a pairing with vegetable pasta dishes, with chicken sausage on the side. Drinking this great Sparkling Syrah from South Coast Winery has become a Christmas Morning Tradition. We also like it so much that we will be using it for toasting at New Years Eve.
