Zin and ribs last night and this wine paired perfectly - intense powerful with some extraction evident but when paired with finger sucking Rufus Teague sauce ribs - bam and fireworks - yummy and smiles all around - this wine could last a few years but why for it is so ready NOW — 5 years ago
